We’re pleased to introduce our 2026 summer intern, Lily Moore, who has joined us to get a real, boots‑on‑the‑ground view of Bindaree’s paddock‑to‑plate supply chain.

Lily started with the team at our Myola feedlot on 12 January, where she rolled up her sleeves alongside our livestock and feeding teams. She’s been involved in cattle induction and dispatch, spent time with the feeding crew understanding ration design and its impact on performance, and worked with supervisors to see how our 20,000‑head feedlot is managed day‑to‑day.

Lily is now at our primary processing site in Inverell, NSW working with the Livestock team across both grainfed and grassfed procurement. She has followed cattle through the stockyards, processing floor and boning room, giving her a clear line of sight from delivery through to carcase and box.

Over the coming weeks, Lily will spend time with our Quality Assurance team, then head to our Burleigh Heads facility to see our retail‑ready and value‑add operations. She’ll finish her placement at our Brisbane frozen & chilled warehouse distribution centre and with the domestic sales team, closing the loop at the end of the supply chain.

Programs like this mean the next generation understand what matters to you, from the way cattle arrive at the feedlot, to how they perform on the hook, to the quality that carries our brand.
